• Verification services for short-term rental properties
• A curated directory of properties that meet Stayability standards

Stayability does not provide construction, remodeling, or medical services.

All assessments, recommendations, and verifications provided by Stayability are:

• Informational in nature
• Based on observed conditions at the time of evaluation

They are not guarantees, warranties, or professional engineering, architectural, or code-compliance determinations.

Although Stayability may draw on clinical expertise, all services are provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by Stayability constitutes:

• Medical advice
• Treatment or diagnosis
• Legal advice
• Building code or ADA compliance certification

Users should consult appropriate licensed professionals where necessary.

Stayability verification indicates that a property meets certain internal criteria at the time of assessment.

Verification:

• Does not guarantee accessibility for any specific individual
• Does not ensure suitability for all users or conditions
• Does not represent compliance with ADA or other regulations

Property conditions may change over time, and Stayability is not responsible for post-assessment modifications.

Stayability reserves the right to update, suspend, or revoke verification at its discretion.

Property owners agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain their property consistent with the features represented
• Not misrepresent Stayability verification or scope

Property owners are solely responsible for:

• Guest safety
• Property conditions
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Stayability may feature verified properties in a directory.

Stayability:

• Does not own, operate, or manage properties
• Does not process bookings or payments between guests and hosts
• Is not a party to any rental agreement

All transactions and interactions occur directly between users and third parties.

By using Stayability services or relying on any listing:

• Users acknowledge that properties may vary
• Users assume all risks associated with travel and property use

Stayability is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of any property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stayability and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of revenue, bookings, or business opportunities
• Reliance on any assessment, verification, or listing

All content on the Stayability website, including:

• Text
• Branding
• Logos
• Verification marks

is owned by Stayability USA LLC.

Use of the Stayability name or verification badge without permission is prohibited.

All fees for assessments and related services:

• Are disclosed in advance
• Are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Stayability reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

Stayability may update:

• Its services
• Its verification criteria
• These Terms

at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
